How the money works
What your donation funds.
Donations fund Pour Hope causes directly. Pour Hope works with outside marketing partners to reach donors online, and a portion of funds raised may cover marketing and administrative costs, this is disclosed in our Terms of Giving.
Support Center Café com Mulheres Corp. publishes a monthly accountability report on how funds are used across its programs. Pour Hope holds every cause it publishes to that same standard: a named person, a stated goal, and an amount raised that is tracked live, never typed in by hand.

Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes. Donations go to Support Center Café com Mulheres Corp., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by U.S. law. Your email receipt is your record.
Does all of my donation go to the cause?
Most of it does. A portion covers payment processing, and, for donations driven by paid outreach, a share covers marketing and administrative costs. We disclose this rather than hide it.
What happens if a cause raises more than its goal?
The extra is reinvested in the next cause Pour Hope publishes. We say this on every cause page, so donors know before giving.
Who audits this?
